Welcome to TLOGic, a transaction log analysis application provided by 4690World, LLC, doing business as REDList Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using TLOGic (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, or delays
• Damages resulting from reliance on any data or analysis provided by the Service

By purchasing a subscription or license for the Service, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees associated with your subscription or license purchase
• Subscription Renewals: Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused licenses, or dissatisfaction with the Service
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid. The Service will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy and understand that all sales are final.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• The accuracy and legality of any data you upload or process through the Service
• Maintaining appropriate backups of your data

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any data you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
