• The TLOGic web application

TLOGic is designed with privacy as a core principle:

• Client-Side Processing: All TLOG file parsing and analysis occurs entirely in your web browser using WebAssembly (WASM) technology
• No Server Upload: Your transaction log files are never uploaded to our servers
• No Data Storage: We do not store, cache, or retain any contents of your TLOG files
• No Data Transmission: Your transaction data is not transmitted to us or any third party (except as explicitly requested by you for AI analysis features)
• Local Processing: All data analysis, calculations, and visualizations happen locally on your device

When you close your browser or clear your browser data, any transaction information processed through TLOGic is permanently removed from your local device. We have no access to this data and cannot recover it.

While we do not store your transaction data, we do collect limited information necessary to provide and improve the Service:

TLOGic offers optional AI-powered analysis features using a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You provide your own API keys for your preferred AI provider. If you choose to use these features:

• Your API keys are stored locally in your browser's localStorage (base64 encoded) and are never sent to TLOGic servers
• Selected transaction data is sent directly from your browser to your chosen AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude)
• For Claude: Data is routed through a local proxy running on your own computer, then to Anthropic's API
• This data transmission only occurs when you explicitly activate the AI analysis feature
• TLOGic servers never see your AI API keys or the data sent for analysis
• You have complete control over which AI provider to use and whether to use these optional features

We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create, maintain, and secure your user account

• Payment Processing: To process subscription payments and issue licenses

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Google for optional AI features). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

We will never share your transaction data or TLOG file contents because we do not have access to this information.

• Provide the Service and maintain your account
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting requirements)
• Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

Remember: We do not retain any of your transaction data or TLOG file contents at any time, as these are processed entirely client-side in your browser.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your limited account information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer and processing.

TLOGic is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

TLOGic integrates with the following third-party services:
